Right to Know Law requests are processed by the Agency Open Records Officer (AORO). Business days for the AORO are Mondays of each week from 9-5pm or by appointment by filing a request on the Contact form of this website. Requests on the State Office of Open Records - "Standard Right-to Know Law Request Form" are to be mailed to township offices at:

With the exception of emails, agendas and minutes, the township has limited electronic documentation of records and the following charges will be typically be incurred by the requestor:
1) Black and White Copies $0.25/page up to 1000 pages and $0.20/page for copies over 1000 pages
2) Certified copies will require an additional $1.00 per document for each certified document.
3) Actual Cost for Other Media: The township will charge the actual cost for items like postage, CDs/DVDs, flash drives, and specialized documents. The maximum for a CD/DVD is $1.00 per disc.
Actual postage for mailing copies to the requestor will also be charged.
